 5.15am : At the southern end of Soldiers Road, a deserted Halfway House pub on the road between Stoborough and Corfe Castle. Jubilee celebration bunting is still in place. |
 ... But an early traveller on Corfe Road soon breaks the silence. The King's Arms pub is also celebrating the Jubilee. |
 5.20am : An early morning jogger puts in a surprise appearance and kindly paused for the camera by the pub sign. |
 5.30am : Moving on to Stoborough, the road through the village and along South Causeway to Wareham is deserted at this time……. |
 5.40am : A van arrives to deliver newspapers to the village stores and post office. |
