5.15am : At the southern end of Soldiers Road, a deserted Halfway House pub on the road between Stoborough and Corfe Castle. Jubilee celebration bunting is still in place.



... But an early traveller on Corfe Road soon breaks the silence. The King's Arms pub is also celebrating the Jubilee.



5.20am : An early morning jogger puts in a surprise appearance and kindly paused for the camera by the pub sign.



5.30am : Moving on to Stoborough, the road through the village and along South Causeway to Wareham is deserted at this time…….



5.40am : A van arrives to deliver newspapers to the village stores and post office.
